Non-Stocking Dealer / Independent Instructor

Dealers are a minimum non-stocking entity and may sell competing products and services.
Recognized business license and approval from training agency. Instructors are authorized by ISC and trained only by ISC approved Instructor Trainers.
Dealing in the appropriate area will get the support of a stocking distributor.
Dealers that sell 5 or more ISC CCR units receive additional incentives for supporting ISC.

ISC CCR products only. No other competing products will be associated with stocking dealer.
10 ISC CCR specific units sold annually at a minimum.
1 year commitment with performance review prior to a new year renewal.
3 unit rotation, 1 unit on order, 1 unit on shelf, 1 unit sold.
Recognized business license.
A recognizable overhead for proper conduct of business.
Inventory of ISC batteries and spare parts for 2 ISC CCR systems.

ISC specific products only. No other competitors products will be associated with the distributor.
30 ISC CCR specific products sold annually
1 year commitment with performance review prior to a new year renewal.
A minimum of 8 CCR units with 4 in stock, 2 sold, and 2 on order. The first opening order of 6 complete CCR diving systems.
Must have an ISC certified technician on staff. Technician must attend annual refresher courses at ISC.
136 meter depth capable pressure pot for testing ISC component parts for service and functional testing.
Must be language capable for the assigned territory.
A recognizable overhead for proper conduct of business.
Distributor shall maintain inventory of system batteries and supporting repair parts for at least 2 ISC CCR systems.
ISC and the distributor have the right to terminate their relationship with 30 days of written notice.
