Distributor and Dealer Info.

Non – Stocking Dealer / Independent Instructor

1. Dealers are a minimum non-stocking entity, and may sell competing products and services.

2. Recognized business license and approval from training agency. Instructors are authorized by ISC and trained only by ISC approved Instructor trainers.

3. Dealing in the appropriate area will get the support of a stocking distributor.

4. Dealers that sell 5 or more ISC CCR units will receive additional incentives for supporting ISC.

Stocking Dealer

1. ISC CCR products only. No other competing products will be associated with stocking dealer.

2. 10 ISC CCR specific units sold annually.

3. 1 year commitment with performance review prior to a new year renewal.

4. 3 unit rotation 1 unit on order, 1 unit on shelf, 1 unit sold.

5. Recognized business license.

6. A recognizable over head for proper conduct of business.

7. Inventory of ISC batteries, and spare parts for 2 ISC CCR systems.

Distributor Terms

1. ISC specific products only. No other competitors products will be associated with the distributor.

2. 30 ISC CCR specific products sold annually .

3. 1 year commitment with performance review prior to a new year renewal.

4. A minimum of 8 CCR units with 4 in stock, 2 sold, and 2 on order. The first opening order of 6 complete diving systems.

5. Must be a certified technician on start. Technician must attend a refresher course once a year.

6. 136 meter depth capable pressure pot for testing ISC component parts for service and function.

7. Must be language capable for the assigned territory.

8. Recognized business licenses for assigned territory.

9. A recognizable overhead for the proper conduct of business

10. Distributor will have on stock batteries and supporting repair and inventory for 2 CCR systems

11. ISC and the distributor have the right to terminate their relationship with 30 days of written notice.
